How long does it take to get eyelash extensions?The application can take anywhere from an hour and forty-five minutes to two hours depending on the type of set booked.

How long do eyelash extensions last?Eyelash extensions typically last 4-6 weeks. The longivity of lash extensions can depend on a number of factors such as aftercare, quality, weather, etc. Fill ins are recommended for extensions to last longer.

Can eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?No. When eyelash extensions are applied correctly they will not damage your natural lashes. During your consultation your natural lashes will be examined and at that time your lash technician will discuss what types of extensions will best fit your needs.

Do lash extensions hurt when applied?No. When applied correctly lash extensions are painless. Most clients feel comfortable enough to fall asleep during the procedure. Avid Lashes uses quality products to bring the highest level of comfort possible for our clients.

How are eyelash extensions removed?Removals are done by a certified lash technician. Please do not attempt to remove the lash extensions yourself, it is best to schedule an appointment to have them professionally removed with a special removing solvent. You may also wait for your natural lash cycle to complete and have the extensions fall off naturally.

How do I maintain my lash extensions?It is recommended for clients to come in for touch ups every 2-3 weeks to keep the full look of your lash extensions. Make sure to cleanse your lashes daily and brush them out to ensure natural lashes stay healthy.

What do I need to know before my appointment?Please arrive on time with no makeup on or around the eye area. When removing makeup around the eyes, use a mild cleanser and avoid using moisturizers, sunscreen, and removers that have oil-based formulas. Lashes must be clean for the adhesive to bond properly
